Refund Policy

Effective date: March 30, 2026

Course Purchases

If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course modules. Refund requests are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Gift Courses

Unclaimed gift courses may be refunded to the purchaser. Once a gift has been claimed by the recipient, the standard course refund policy applies to the purchaser.

Platform Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
